Texas Crossway Realty LLC was founded in 2015 with a clear vision: to empower real estate agents with financial freedom while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. The brokerage was built on the belief that agents should be able to grow both financially and personally without sacrificing support, ethics, or opportunity.
The broker is a native Hispanic Houstonian with a lifelong passion for real estate. That passion began early—at the age of 18—with the purchase of a first commercial property that was successfully converted into retail and office spaces. This hands-on experience laid the foundation for a deep understanding of real estate investment, development, and long-term wealth building.
A strong advocate for agent growth, the broker designed Texas Crossway Realty around a transparent, set-fee-per-transaction model. This structure allows agents to retain more of their earnings, build their own portfolios, and pursue their professional and personal goals with confidence.
Helping families achieve homeownership is at the heart of the broker’s work. The joy and stability a home brings to families is viewed as priceless, and every transaction is handled with a commitment to integrity, accountability, and the client’s best interest—whether representing buyers or sellers.
The broker holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Houston–Downtown and is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker. Outside of real estate, time is enjoyed with family my interests include reading, gardening, playing tennis, volunteering, and actively finding ways to give back to the community.
